Super buttery makhani spiced to perfection with a hit of black cardamom, and served with creamy paneer or tofu.

Hari Sabzi (Punjabi Green Curry)
Seasonal greens popping with sesame and ginger. Can be eaten hot or cold.

Coconut Dal (Nariyal Dal)
Coconut, curry leaves and fresh tomato cooked with masoor dal and a hit of lemongrass - Not traditioanlly punjabi, but we think it works really well with the rest of the menu. 

Lemon Rice (Limbu Chawal)
Fresh lemon, curry leaves and sauteed red onion, rolled in fluffy basmati rice.
